She is survived by: her sons, Neal (Cavell Townley) and Gary Cowan; her stepchildren, David (Karen Patrick), Doug Skinner (Cathy) and Dawn Phillips (Rob); her grandchild Terry Cowan (Grace Myles); and her stepgrandchildren, Jason Phillips (Nataly), Shannon Lapietra (Carmen), Kyle Skinner (Katie) and Brittany Wallace (Jacob).
A memorial service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
