The passing of Barbara Eileen (Tongue) Latreille of Ottawa, Ontario, born in Lindsay, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 28, 2024 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Tongue and Isobel Tongue; her former husband Jerome Levesque; her husband Lucien Latreille; her sons, Lucien Latreille Jr. and Jerome Levesque Jr.; and her siblings, Charles, Laura, Kenneth and Douglas.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Soublière (Reg), Carolyn Milford (Gary), John Latreille and Louise Balston (Ian); and her daughter-in-law Faye Levesque. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and her 20 great-grandchildren.
