Barry Mackay Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barry Mackay of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on October 13, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Mackay and Dorothy Mackay; and his stepmother Anne Dainty Mackay. He is survived by: his stepbrother Paul Dainty (Angela); his sibling's children, Kareena Dainty-Edward (Fraser), Julie Dainty Johansson (Petter) and Christopher Dainty (Jennifer); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grace, Annabelle, Elsa, Elijah, Erik, Kara and Trevor; and his children, Halloween and Easter.

Barry was an avid supporter of over 50 charities, so if you wish, a donation can be made to a charity of your choice in his memory.
