He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola Colasante and Chiara Pantalone; and his sister-in-law Rosa Colasante. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Chiara (Fernando Belli) and Renaldo (Angela); his grandchildren, CJ, Meghan (Kurtis Moreau), Brianna, Felicia (Luca Paradiso) and Chiara; and his brothers, Damaso Colasante (Marisa Monaco) and Domenic Colasante (Noreen).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9). An entombment was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Cemetery (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
