With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brian Clare Bailey (Ottawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Brian Clare may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brian Clare touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Defalco; his children, Andrew and Jennifer Reoch (Steve Deschamps); and his grandson Declan Reoch. He is also survived by many cousins, sisters and brothers in law.
