It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmen Green (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert Octeau; her husband Hector Green; her son James Octeau; her parents, Arthur Ventura and Dora Ventura; and her siblings, Fred, Violet, Reine, Eileen and James.

She is survived by: her children, Marilyn, Judy (Franco), Cheryl (Kevin), Michael and Barry. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish to make a memorial donation can do so to the charity of their choosing in Carmen's name.
