We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2025, at the age of 88, Carmine Antonio Di Rienzo (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Di Rienzo; his daughter Brenda Jonas (Will); his parents, Michele Rienzo and Valia Di Rienzo; his sister Nicolina Di Rienzo; and his sister-in-law Merilyn Colbran (Lorne).
He is survived by: his children, Michael Di Rienzo (Carol), Rosann Di Rienzo (Salvatore) and Cathy Irvine (Matt); his grandchildren, Laura Di Rienzo (Lance), Cristian Gianfagna (Lindsay), Davide Gianfagna (Valentina), Roberto Gianfagna (Regina), Brena Irvine (Seth), Lucas Irvine, Brian Di Rienzo (Amber), Jessica Jonas (Maddie), Addyson, Kaylyn, Lanny and Jay; his siblings, Pierino Di Rienzo (Angiolina), Giacomo Di Rienzo (Carmela), Christina Romano (Giovanni) and Antoinetta Canzona (Giuseppe); and his siblings-in-law, Lois Macleod (Campbell), Phyllis VanEgmond (Ed), Deanna MacKillican (Gary) and Jimmy Colbran (Barb). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cole Funeral Services & Highland Park Cemetery (2037 McGee Side Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:45 AM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Michael's Parish (1560 Corkery Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0).
