In the sacred silence of farewell, Catherine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Catherine's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Hanbury and Jeannette Isabelle; her husband Andre Pilon; her children, Jessica and Jacob Cassidy; her granddaughter Isabella Cassidy; and her brother David Alexander Hanbury.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pinecrest Cemetery (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
