It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Edward Skuce (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on April 2, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Skuce Sr. and Oneahta Skuce. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Skuce; his daughters, Lorraine Baker (Richard), Janet Chandler (Graeme) and Valerie Brousseau (Jean); his granddaughters, Jessica, Natasha, Melanie and Megan; and his siblings, Sylvia, Marjorie and Alan. He is also survived by wife and leaves behind his three daughters, extended family.
