He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his parents, Harry Lionel and Mabel Ann Loughridge; and his siblings, Margaret MacDonald, Shirley Blacklock, Doreen Leeder and Harry.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas MacDonald (Tina), Patricia Gaudio (Eddie LeBreton), Peter MacDonald (Laura Rowland) and Theresa Shaw (Christopher); and his great great grandchild Charles. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
