She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Provost and Marie Provost (Nee Mailloux); and her siblings, Laurent "Bud" (Fay), Maurice (Rita), René (Cécile), Leo (Phyllis), Gerry (Louise), Pye (Betty), Edgar (Barbara), Ricky and Rita (Jack).

She is survived by: her brothers, Roger Provost (Shirley) and Jack (Mary-Jane).

The family also wishes to thank Dr. G. Uppal, Jill, Michelle, Angela, Robin, all the support staff as well as Fr. Joseph and his spiritual team. Due to Covid, a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
