She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfrid Carrière and Simone Carrière; and her siblings, Jacques Carrière (late Yvette), Jeannine Noel (late Fernand), Jaqueline Ménard (late Conrad), Nicole Gagné (Jean Gagné) and Denise Prud'homme (late Roland).

She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Hopkins (Peter) and Joanne Lauzon (Jocelyn); her siblings, Pierre Carrière (Georgette), Claudette Rochon (late Wilfrid) and Diane Carrière (Gilles Séguin); her uncle Pierre Potier; and her husband Elize Chiasson. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces, and friends.
