He is survived by: his wife Miesje Snijders; his children, Nicola (Pierre), Peter (Georgie) and Alex (Katherine); his grandchildren, Abby, Arlo, Mia, Noah and Emma (Brent); his siblings, Brenda and Derek; his brother-in-law Ian; and his nieces, Jillian and Pamela.
