He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Josephus Levans and Millicent Eileen Levans; and his siblings, Edward'Guitar'Levans, Evelyn Kum (Patrick) and Shirley Levans.
He is survived by: his wife Starr; his children, Vania, Timothy, Deborah and Andrea; and his grandchildren, Eloise and Lissandra. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Arlington Woods Free Methodist Church (225 McClellan Rd, Nepean, ON K2H8N5).
