He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Biggs and Louise Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Daphne; his children, Melanie (Jim) of Ottawa and Lexi (Dave) of Sudbury; and his sister Barbara Biggs of Niagara Falls.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Riverside United Church (3191 Riverside Dr., Ottawa, ON K1V8N8).
