He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Anderson and Harold Moen. He is survived by: his former wife Denise Lepage; his daughter Anitra Moen; his stepdaughter Danielle Ableman (Adam); and his stepgrandsons, Aaron, Ben and Tyler.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Peter & St. Paul's Anglican Church (152 Metcalfe St, Ottawa, ON K2P1N9).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bruyere Health-PCU or the Nature Conservancy of Canada in David's memory.
