He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Parker and Marjorie Parker; and his brothers, Raymond Parker (Madeleine) and Michael Parker (Louise). He is survived by: his children, Natacha Parker-Ryan (Dale), Nadia Parker and Jonathan Parker (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Alexandre Parker, Amelie Parker and Jake Ryan; and his sisters, Carolyn Lowell (late Johnny), Patricia Parker and Wendy Brunet (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (1200 Ogilvie Rd, Ottawa, ON K1J8V1).
