Denis Lamarche Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Denis Lamarche of Ottawa, Ontario, born in Vanier, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Denis farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Denis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his sister Roxanne Gilbert (Jocelyn); his stepdaughters, Melody and Stephanie Tacit; his godson Mathieu Gilbert; his niece Gabrielle Gilbert; and his parents, Solange Lamarche (Vinette) and Jean Robert Lamarche. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Chapel at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montréal Rd, Ottawa, ON K1L1B4). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
