He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet and Harvey; and his cousins, Dianne and Joyce. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Debra, Steven (Lynne) and Andrea (Phil); his grandchildren, Emily, Sarah, Isabel, Sam, Lily, Ava and Julia; his brother Daryl; his nephews, Daniel and Ryan; his brother-in-law Robert Sime; and his nephews, John, Michael and Iain.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish (400 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1K2Z6). A burial was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Beechwood Cemetery (280 Beechwood Ave., Vanier, ON K1L8E2). A reception was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
