With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Derick Mackenzie (Ottawa, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Derick left this world on May 6, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Murdock Mackenzie and Catherine (Hooper). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Mackenzie (Bielaskie); his daughter Jenna Mackenzie; his mother-in-law Jenny Bielaskie (late Dominic); his brother-in-law Kevin Bielaskie (Zabrina); his sibling's children, Kayla (Chad), Mitchell and Shaylyn; and his great-nieces, Payton and Rylee.

The family kindly requests to anyone planning on attending the reception to please RSVP under 'Service Schedule' below.
