She was predeceased by: her husband Melville. She is survived by: her child Kim Dunlop (Raymond); her grandchild Kyle Bowes (Michalene); her great grandchildren, Roxy of Weyburn, Saskatchewan. and Brycen Bowes of Weyburn, Saskatchewan.; her close friend Steven Avery; and her sister Brenda Newman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H1). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
