He was predeceased by: his brother Luben (Lilly); and his brothers-in-law, John Beluli (Kiki) and Chris Beluli (Judy). He is survived by: his wife Harriet; his children, George and Maria Stenta (Tom); his grandchildren, Natasha (Cameron), Caterina, Michael and Gabrielle (Evin); and his siblings, Maria (late Nick), Lilly (late Boris) and George (Zora). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church (1315 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C1N2). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Pinecrest Cemetery (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, or to the Dormition of the Virgin Mary, Greek Orthodox church.
