With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Domenico Gallelli (Ottawa, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his wife Giuseppina; his parents, Concetta Gallelli and Pancrazio Gallelli; and his siblings, Vincenzo, Giuseppe, Pasquale and Olga Lusuardi.
He is survived by: his children, Concetta Van Leur (Richard), Marco (Karen Crane) and Patrizia Gallelli (late Gary Merkley); and his granddaughter Julia Van Leur. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H1). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
