He was predeceased by : his wife Pina; his parents, Giuseppe Multari and Elisabetta Multari; and his brothers, Michele (late Ines), Salvatore (Maria), Alfredo (Ida) and Giovanni (Rosetta).

He is survived by : his sons, Franco (Barb), Roberto (Jennifer), Domenico Jr. (Valerie) and Fernando (Lisa); his grandchildren, Estella, Luca, Lilyanna, Gabriella, Sydney, Siena, Anna and Mico; his brothers, Frank (late Angelina) and Vittorio (late Renatta); and his niece Lisa. He is also survived by brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Winchester Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
