He is survived by: his children, Jacob, Tara, Caleb (Claire), Sundance Jr., Katie (Cody) and Skyla (Tye); his grandchildren, Sabrina, Hailey, Blake, Scarlett and Maddison; his mother Hellen McCaffrey; and his siblings, Clem (late Doris), John (Helen), Ernie (Gail), Pat (Michele), Raymond (Jane), Tillie (Garry) and Helen (Greg).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint-Vincent Hospital (https://www.bruyere.org) in memory of Sundance (Maurice) Smith.
