He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Downer and Janet Downer (Hoffe); and his siblings, Diane (Bill) and Robert (Heather). He is survived by: his wife Donna (Parsons); his children, Tracey (Steve), Trent (Michelle) and Tara (Paul); his grandchildren, Matthew, Lacey, Bria, Caitlin, Zachary, Jacob, Joseph and Wesley; his great grandchildren, Carter, Caleb, Harper, Kennedy, Callum, Arlo, Olive and Naomi; and his siblings, John, Roger (Pauline), Janet (John) and Ruby (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends and friends.
