He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Rutherford (Tommy) and Graeme Rutherford; and his sister Susan MacDonald (Ian). He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his grandchildren, Ayla, Luke, Mia, Callen and Wyatt Rutherford; his sisters-in-law, Joanne and Annie; and his sibling's children, Rob, Bruce (Kim), Katherine, Charlotte (Matt), David (Jeanelle), Roddy (Aprille) and Duggie.
