He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bob and Mike; and his brothers-in-law, Paul and Pierre. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Sherri, Shannon, Cynthia, Barbara, Shawn, Scott and Chris. He is also survived by his family and his many, many friends.
In the 1980's, Don organized fundraising and was otherwise involved in the promotion of gay rights through Pink Triangle Services, ÉGALE, and the Lambda Foundation.
