She was predeceased by: her mother Vera Ann; and her son Gregory James Adamczyk (Sara). She is survived by: her husband John Adamczyk; her sons, Michael Shawn Adamczyk and Jason Alexander Adamczyk (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob and Megan; and her sister Judy Brand (Neil).
