She is survived by: her husband Peter; her daughters, Robin, Kari (Beggs) and Christine (Boehm); her grandchildren, Alex, Nicole Beggs, Michelle, Andrew and Julia Farrier; her brother Douglas Fisher; her sister-in-law Dale; her nieces, Laura and Sarah; her nephew Dean of Lindsay, Ontario.; her family Peter; and her sons-in-law, Bruce Beggs and Benjamin Boehm.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Doreen's memory may be made to Cornerstone Housing for Women, a charity dear to her heart.
