He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Ballantyne and John Ballantyne. He is survived by: his pet Echo; his daughter Amber Ballantyne (Frank); his grandchildren, Allie, Piper and Maisie; and his brothers, Bruce (Christine) and Rick Ballantyne (Lise).
