We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021, Duane Townsend (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Townsend and Alfred Townsend. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Deanna (Gary) and Tom (Julie); his granddaughters, Amelia, Charlotte, Veronica, Gracie and Kentley; his siblings, Harold (Sheila) and Doreen (David); and his siblings-in-law, Lynda (late Lyle) and Larry (Susan). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as many great friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkwood Presbyterian Church, the Alzheimer's Society, or a charity of your choice.
