He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia (Pat); and his siblings, Doris Mains (late Gordon) and Donald (late Colleen). He is survived by: his daughters, Kim and Kerry (Rick Schmaltz); and his great grandchildren, Trent, Kira, Nash and Lanie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
