He was predeceased by: his son Andrew (Anne-Marie); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Tristan, Sarah and Edward.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Deborah (Stefan) and David (Natalia); and his siblings, England, Mary (late Kyee Maung), George (Geesje) and Gabriel (late Adam Hopkins).
