She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Donoghue and Emma Donoghue of Oxford Mills, Ontario.; her husband Frank Chambers; and her brother Larry Donoghue. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Chambers (Dan) of Orangeville, Donna Moyer (Brent) of Toronto and Colleen Chambers of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Kristy (Tirell), Katie (Dayne), Mark (Cierra), Lauren (Owen), Jack (Amanda), Marty (Emily) and Cele; and her great grandchildren, Forest, Ivy and Lily.
