He is survived by: his children, Shawn Melvyn Ross Dodds and Larry Delbert Moss (Danielle); his grandchildren, Cameron, Rachael and Luke Moss; and his siblings, Melva Kelley (Jim), Dianne Galbraith (Larry), Melvyn "Joe" Dodds (Joyce) and Evan Dodds (Wanda).

Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, a private funeral will be held at Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery.
