He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolphe LeBlanc and Mary LeBlanc (Muise); and his siblings, Clarence, Stanley, Marydale and Lillian.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes (Bourassa); his daughters, Lorraine (Todd), Suzanne Gervais (Ken), Janet (Don) and Dianne Lawton (Peter); his grandchildren, Michael (Alaina), David, Stephen, Camille, Michel (Diana), Gregory (Jessica), James, Kealey and William; and his siblings, Alcide and Clerise Smith.
Due to Covid-19 a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation, University of Ottawa Heart Institute, CHEO, or Ottawa Riverkeepers would be appreciated.
