He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and Sam. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jennifer (Keith), Jesse (Mikhela) and Jaime (Andrea); his grandchildren, Ellie, Meighan, George, Finn, Dulcie, Tess and Benji; his sister Naomi (David); his nieces and nephews, Sam (Rebecca) and Ariella (Brandon); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Yosef, Bina, Ezra, Yael, Shalom and Asa.
