He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Sharpe and Ethel McMillan; and his siblings, Connie (Bud), Dale (Glen) and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (McGee); and his sister Edith Doyle (David). He is also survived by other nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Resurrection of Our Lord Church (1940 Saunderson Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G2C9). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Hope Cemetery (4660 Bank St, Gloucester, ON K1T3W7).
