It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Whillans of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. James Anderson Whillans. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Ann Whillans (Pierre Siklos) of Waterloo and James David Whillans of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Patrick Siklos, James Siklos-Whillans and Morgan Whillans.

Due to current COVID restrictions a private graveside service was held.
