He was predeceased by : his wife Yen-Sen (Helen). He is survived by : his children, Henry (Ellen), June (Chris Davis) and Amy (Daniel Storms); his close friend Jufen Chai; and his grandchildren, Caitlin, Brendan, Amanda, Sabrina, Evan, Kai, Riley and Sadie.
