He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Gagnon and Oscar Gagnon; his stepmother Evelyn Gagnon; and his brothers, Marcel, Royal, Raymond, Gerry, Gary and Roger.
He is survived by: his significant other Judith Smith (Viau); his children, Michel, Guy, Diane, Elaine (Jacques) and Nicole (Denis); his stepchildren, Danny (Charleen), Kelly (Tracy) and Jill (Shawn); and his siblings, Béatrice and Eddy (Carmen). He is also survived by his many grandchildren (19), great-grandchildren (21), and great-great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carlsbad Community Centre (5556 Piperville Rd, Carlsbad Springs, ON K0A1K0).
