She was predeceased by: her parents, Anasse Dumoulin and Juliette Dumoulin (Séguin); and her siblings, Marcel (Jacqueline), Lucette (Jean) and Carmen (Bernie).
She is survived by: her siblings, Micheline (Claude), Jean-Claude (Lucienne) and Giselle (John); her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Dan; her grandsons, Jeffrey (Kristine), Jonathan, Colin (Monia), Nolan (Julia) and Cole (Annie); and her great grandchildren, Joshua, Natalie, Easton and Princess Peyton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Francine's memory to the Ottawa Humane Society.
