It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis James Quinn (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy Mary Quinn; his children, Timothy Quinn (Ingrid) and Dorothy Kelly Quinn; his grandchildren, Annika and Gabriel Quinn; and his siblings, Elizabeth Wilcock (Garth), John Quinn (Madeleine) and Paul Quinn (Virginia).
