He is survived by : his children, Maureen and David Windsor; his stepchildren, Lynn and Sue Kennedy; his grandsons, Matthew Windsor and Michael Leftly; and his siblings, Jeanette Winker, Jim Windsor and Wayne Windsor. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

While I live in Ontario, I always read the News & Obituaries in The Telegram, St. John's, and discovered today, Dec 4th, Frankie's announcement of death. Frankie and I are first cousins. All the Whalen family and Winsor (Windsor) family had been close, as my mother and Frankie's father were sister and brother. Deepest sympathies to his family, relatives and friends.
