He was predeceased by: his parents, John Amyot and Luella; his wife Madge; his son Randy; and his brothers, John (late Renée), S. M. and Leo (late Marie).
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kevin (Francine), Gerard, Anthony (Joelle Murray), Vincent Dale (Claire Goldsmith), Grampa of Etienne, Harrison, Briannah, Fiona, Manus, Julianna, Chloe and Thea; and his siblings, Greg (late Clare), Mike (Marie), Mary Spooner (Rod), Patricia (Sisters), Joan Séguin (late Jean-Marc), Betty Clarke, Jenny McLean and Tony (Carol).
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (15 Steeple Hill Crescent, Nepean, ON K2R1G2).
