She was predeceased by: her spouses, Frederick Jackson and John Ford; her child Paul Ford; and her grandchildren, Sean and Erin.

She is survived by: her child John Jackson; and her grandchildren, Skylar, Zane and David.

Peacefully, after a courageous fight against Alzheimer's, on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at age 97.
