He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon; his son Kevin; his parents, Allan and Dorothy; and his sister Carol.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin (Ian Bird) and Colleen (Jörn); his grandchildren, Malia, Alexander, Lia and Sophie; and his siblings, Elaine and Dalton.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Kevin Van Cleave Memorial Scholarship Fund at the University of Saskatchewan, Engineering.
