“2. to his log cabin near Maniwaki where we spent excellent times fishing and hunting together. As time and distance went on with our lives we grew apart, unfortunately, as a result family commitments and careers. I want to take this opportunity to extend my deepest sympathies to Monique, his two daughters along with Micheline, Jacques, Nicole, Carole and Lise. RIP old friend. I'll see you heaven eventually. Be patient and keep that rocking chair company.”

“I was extremely saddened when I heard the passing of my childhood friend Gaston. We knew each other since about the age of 5 or 6. He lived on the corner of Guigues and I lived on the corner of St Andrew and Parent. Growing up together and attended the same school, we shared playing together quite regularly. His sister Micheline would often join and the three of us could sure get trouble....we were far from being angels. Some of our most memorable moments were when we would go.....”
