She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Laing and Elizabeth Laing; her husband Donald Wherry; her children, Lisa Wherry (Michael Vukadinovic), Kevin Wherry (Lisa Wherry) and Dona Wherry (Kevin McCartney); her grandchildren, Victoria, Mitchell, Samantha, Hilary and Nolan; and her great grandchild Adaline.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bells Corners United Church (3955 Old Richmond Rd, Ottawa, ON K2H8R5).
